I have been a client at Gailor Animal Hospital for approximately  30±years. Rusty and all of his staff have always been and they continue to be extremely dedicated, attentive, accessible, knowledgeable and friendly to both the clients and the animals under the care of the client. It is because of these qualities as well as their remarkable standard of integrity that serves as the foundation for trusting and allowing them to manage the care of both my pets and any additional animals under my care (rescues, etc) needing medical care. It is also the reason why I always recommend and refer Gailor Animal Hospital as my primary choice to friends/family as well as local residents, rescues, animal care orgs seeking veterinary/medical services for pets and/or animals in need. My dog is aggressive and can be a bit of a handful.  I love how caring the techs are and the doctor is with him.  When I had to have my husbands cat put down and I wanted to bring him back home to bury him the way that Dr. Gailor tenderly wrapped him in the blanket that I brought with me was such a comfort to me.  They normally make it all a really good experience.

This review in particular is for Dr. Roberts & her assistant. Though I’ve seen all of the doctors at some point & really liked them, Dr. Roberts is who brought me to google to leave a review. I lost my baby of 15 years recently & I felt so supported & cared for by her. The decision to euthanize wasn’t based on what one imagines it to be which made an emotional situation even more difficult, but her compassion & empathy was the light that got me through an extremely dark time. Her assistant was just as supportive & I do not want to leave a review without mentioning her as well (I can’t remember her name). But thank you to them for making me feel heard & cared about when I quite literally wasn’t sure if I’d make it out of that office that day. I hope they see this so they know how much their kindness meant to me.

Whats to like about this place?
Prompt organized service, friendly staff, convenient location, great vets, and just overall competence.
My chihuahua needed his eye surgically removed, and even though he is 14, he is healing very fast and two days later he is 95% back to normal.
It was even a bit cheaper than I expected!

Terrible place to go, took my puppies up there to get their shots and everyone was having a good time us and the workers. We was talking with the ladies behind the counter until my bill was ready and I asked if she had a bf and if I could write her sometime. She gave me her card and said her number was on the bottom.. said she might or might not text back and we laughed. That was it. I paid and left. I’ll post the text in a second, my puppies almost died in a kennel fire and I was trying to get them in the vet and they said I wasn’t aloud up the anymore, yelled it and and said they sent me a letter.. that is crazy, and hung up on me, so I let my dog die? Very unprofessional I don’t know who I spoke with but she has never been held accountable for anything.. really hope they look into this cause my dog can barley walk
